It has a beautiful dark cherry tone with a great layer, typical of sousón variety. It is clean and bright. On nose it has pleasant sweet aromas of forest fruits, very intense and delicate. On the palate, it has a good acidity, very well assembled with tannins. It offers freshness, good body and a slight bitterness that gives an elegant finish.
