As the Brut one, it is vinified with the classical method of preparation: with a minimum period of fermentation in bottle of 9 months at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC. The base wine is also white Condado (treixadura, white loureira, albariño, godello and torrontés).

Over time, this liqueur has attracted the most different palates. It is the perfect match between grape liqueur and coffee with citrus notes and sugar. It captivates with its intense aroma and enveloping taste.

When we blend our cream liqueur with a great Jamaican coffee and toffee, we get this tasty cream. Without a doubt, this is one of our most successful liqueurs.

This wine has been vinified with Loureira 100% from selected plots in Condado do Tea subarea.  One of the indigenous varieties composing White Condado, by itself for the first time. 

This wine is the result of a great vintage (2018) for the vinification of red wines in our winery. That summer was hotter and drier than usual and, as result, the six varieties composing this coupage (brancellao, caíño, espadeiro, mencía, pedral and sousón) had an extraordinary ripening. 

Señorío de Rubiós Albariño eco The first organic wine in our winery, albariño 100%. It is vinified with grapes from plots in As Neves and Salceda de Caselas municipalities. In this kind of wines, more than ever, the role of the winegrower is essential.
