Beginning

It comes of the classical method of preparation with a period of fermentation in bottle of 9 months. The base wine is white Condado one (treixadura, albariño, white loureira, godello and torrontés).

As the Brut one, it is vinified with the classical method of preparation: with a minimum period of fermentation in bottle of 9 months at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC. The base wine is also white Condado (treixadura, white loureira, albariño, godello and torrontés).

This is an Albariño 100 % vinified with grapes from our best plots. With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro. It is thanks to their hard work and the loving care they put in the vineyard that we can vinificate this unique and expressive wine.

This is a 100 % Albariño vinificate with grapes from the same plot. Its exclusiveness represents the uniqueness of Manuel d’Amaro, one of the founders of our winery.

This is a Brancellao 100 % vinified with grapes from our best plots, according to our philosophy of recovering the indigenous varieties of the subarea Condado do Tea. With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro.

This is a Espadeiro wine 100 % vinified with grapes from our best plots, according to our philosophy of recovering the indigenous varieties of the subarea Condado do Tea. With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro.

This wine has been vinified with Loureira 100% from selected plots in Condado do Tea subarea.  One of the indigenous varieties composing White Condado, by itself for the first time. 

This is a 100 % Pedral, a variety of indigenous grape that our winery is recovering to vinificate this special wine. With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro.

It´s a Sousón wine 100% vinified with grapes from our best plots and some centenary vineyards (prefiloxera). With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro.

This wine is the result of a great vintage (2018) for the vinification of red wines in our winery. That summer was hotter and drier than usual and, as result, the six varieties composing this coupage (brancellao, caíño, espadeiro, mencía, pedral and sousón) had an extraordinary ripening. 

This wine, Albariño 100%, is made from grapes selected from our best vineyards, picked by hand at their optimum state of ripeness and health.
