This wine represents the traditional vinification in the subarea of O Condado do Tea. Winegrowers used to cultivate the different varieties (although sousón is the main one) in the same small plots and, after the harvest, they fermented them in the same tanks. The wine comes of the perfect combination of six indigenous varieties: sousón, espadeiro, caíño, mencía, pedral and brancellao, all of them picked by hand in the best plots of the winery at their optimum state of ripeness and health.
It presents an intense ripe cherry colour, clean and bright. On nose it has a medium to high intensity as a result of the varieties blend with a clear persistence of wild fruits. On the palate it is a very clean wine, silky and glyceride with a well-integrated acidity. It has good structure and oiliness.
