This wine has been exclusively vinified with the variety sousón (also called retinto) from our best vineyards.

This wine is the result of a great vintage (2018) for the vinification of red wines in our winery. That summer was hotter and drier than usual and, as result, the six varieties composing this coupage (brancellao, caíño, espadeiro, mencía, pedral and sousón) had an extraordinary ripening. 

Señorío de Rubiós Albariño eco The first organic wine in our winery, albariño 100%. It is vinified with grapes from plots in As Neves and Salceda de Caselas municipalities. In this kind of wines, more than ever, the role of the winegrower is essential. 

The wine is made from the mencía variety, grown in the best plots of the winery in the subarea of Condado do Tea.

This wine, Albariño 100%, is made from grapes selected from our best vineyards, picked by hand at their optimum state of ripeness and health.

The flagships of our winery in the same case: a Red Condado (blend of Brancellao, Sousón, Espadeiro, Caíño, Pedral and Mencía), a White Condado (a blend of Treixadura, Albariño, Loureira, Godello and Torrontés) and a 100% Albariño. It´s a Sousón wine 100% vinified with grapes from our best plots and some centenary vineyards (prefiloxera). With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro.

This is a 100 % Pedral, a variety of indigenous grape that our winery is recovering to vinificate this special wine. With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro.

This is a 100 % Albariño vinificate with grapes from the same plot. Its exclusiveness represents the uniqueness of Manuel d’Amaro, one of the founders of our winery.

This is an Albariño 100 % vinified with grapes from our best plots. With this wine we want to honour all our winegrowers personified in the figure of Manuel d'Amaro. It is thanks to their hard work and the loving care they put in the vineyard that we can vinificate this unique and expressive wine.
